Did Not Test or "DNT" Notifications

Your alarm system is programmed to automatically send a daily test to our central station to confirm there is still communication between your system and the station. It is common to receive this notification occasionally, as phone lines, cellular radios and internet communicators can sometimes have a “hiccup”. This is not an emergency, and no further action is necessary, however, if you receive a Did Not Test notification two consecutive days in a row, please contact our office during normal business hours, as there may be a communication problem.
